This warranty is included with every vehicle we sell and provides protection for our customers in case they purchase a vehicle that has a defect that impairs its use or safety. Lemon Law Warranty covers the engine, transmission, and drivetrain.

Under the Massachusetts Used Vehicle Warranty Law, if you purchase a vehicle costing $700 or more from a dealer, you are entitled to certain warranty rights. The Dealer will provide the full cost of parts and labor necessary to repair all covered defects. There will be a $100 deductible for this service. State Lemon Law Warranty goes above and beyond these requirements by providing coverage based on mileage at the time of purchase:

Less than 40,000 miles: 90 days or 3,750 miles driven since purchase
40,000 – 79,999 miles: 60 days or 2,500 miles driven since purchase
80,000 – 124,999 miles: 30 days or 1,250 miles driven since purchase
More than 125,000 miles: No lemon law warranty

If any issues arise with the engine, transmission, or drivetrain during this time period (or within the mileage limit), simply bring it back to us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We want our customers to feel confident in their purchases and know that we stand behind the vehicles we sell. All repairs must be done with us.
